Name changes are allowed for a fee of $200.00 per name change.

Please ensure you have arranged all documentation with the appropriate consulate well in advance of their departure from the US and that passports are also valid for the minimum validity required for ALL traveled destinations.
Visa requirements applicable to this quotation are as follows: At the time of this quotation, there is a visa requirement to Ghana for American citizens.
All visitors to West Africa must hold a passport that is valid for six months from the date of entry.

It is strongly recommended that clients purchase cancellation insurance to protect themselves against cancellation due to illness prior to or during travel. In the event a traveler becomes ill during a tour and has not purchased insurance, all hospital and medical expenses are the traveler’s responsibility.
Based on Jeffries Travel Adventures current cancellation policies, passengers may incur up to 100% cancellation penalties and should protect themselves with cancellation insurance.
